A comprehensive mental wellness program designed to nurture the holistic well-being of women. The program features a diverse range of activities, including sessions aimed at promoting relaxation and building resilience.These sessions are curated to provide a safe and inclusive space for women to unwind, release stress, and cultivate mental fortitude. It extends beyond conventional wellness programs, aiming to be a transformative experience. It is a celebration of mental well-being, providing women with the tools they need to navigate life's challenges with resilience.

The Bun Ministry
From a hairstyle to a movement igniting a worldwide conversation about natural hair and professionalism. The Bun Ministry is a campaign formed under Loud Women Lead (LWL), created to encourage women to fully embrace their authenticity through education, outreach and advocacy.

In the heartbeat of Houston, where resilience meets unyielding determination, Tashara Parker emerges as the fearless founder and CEO of Loud Women Lead. When you envision a LOUD woman, the presence of Tashara commands attention—loud in movement, shattering glass ceilings, and propelling the organization forward.
Her journey is a testament to unwavering commitment and the transformative power of storytelling. Tashara's vision materializes in events like "Loud and Clear," where women step onto the stage not just to speak but to share, educate, inspire, and motivate. It's a call and response mantra—“Sis…Tell your story”—that echoes through the room, fostering an atmosphere of confidence and authenticity. Parker curated an experience where diversity of thought and colorful narratives took center stage. Each woman, clad in captivating colors, made a statement not just with attire but but through stories that left an indelible impact

As a disruptor, visionary, and 4X Emmy Award-winning journalist, Tashara founded Loud Women Lead with a mission—to dismantle the stigma tied to loud women. The organization celebrates authenticity, resilience, and the power of storytelling as a force that connects, heals, and inspires communities. Tashara's commitment to providing a platform where voices are amplified reflects in every event, ensuring women have not just a voice but a resounding one.
Recognized as a beacon for the next generation, Tashara is more than a founder; she is the catalyst behind an empowering narrative. Using her voice and her platform, she created the Emmy Award-winning series “Rooted”, where she not only shared her personal story but also amplified the voices of those marginalized due to their natural hair texture. Tashara's dedication extended beyond storytelling as she played a pivotal role in championing the CROWN ACT—a groundbreaking law prohibiting race-based hair discrimination. She stood front and center testifying multiple times before Texas lawmakers in support of the act culminating in the bipartisan passage of the law in September 2023, marking a significant milestone in her commitment to tangible change.
With accolades such as the Best News Anchor in Dallas and a recipient of the National CROWN Coalition Award for POWER, she stands as an inspiration for those who dare to break free from societal constraints.
